For the past few years, a lot of souls have found themselves losing their spark in life and existing instead of living. You are here in this lifetime to both express and expand the greatest aspects of self and your connection to others as well as your own spirit. Experiencing joy is of utmost importance to both your own soul as well as those around you. There is so much more to YOU and by consciously being aware of energising your mind, body and spirit, you will experience greater happiness in your day-to-day living.

This workshop is aimed at providing you with both awareness and tools on how to disconnect from old patterns (or recently created new ones) and how to RESET and RECONNECT to more evolved ways of thinking. This can expand your horizon in life and allow you to consider future possibilities and opportunities that come your way that otherwise may have been missed due to distractions caused by yourself or others. What is of equal importance is knowing when not to engage in other possibilities that can set you back on your own happiness and soul purpose in this lifetime which can eventually lead to exhaustion.

This course content will include:

*How to Disconnect from older patterns and beliefs that are holding you back in this life

*The importance of Resetting and how to go about this in a happy and simple manner

*What is involved in Reconnection and why most people are not consciously aware of this

*Spiritual Martyr versus Spiritual Master-the hardest lesson for the soul to learn

*How to avoid getting exhausted caused by over-engaging in other people’s soul lessons

*Using your intuition as a Spiritual Compass on where and whom to focus your day-to-day energy

*Becoming a Beacon of Light so others can follow your newly created more evolved patterns of life
