GLOW AND GROW WORKSHOP

Throughout your life you will have bursts of growth that is either forced upon you or chosen through your own free will and choice. But what if you become more aware of your personal growth each and every day and made conscious choices that enabled you to be the best version of “who you are”. Growth does not always need to come about through negativity and tough life lessons. Growth and the ability to glow can come from within you, when you choose the new path that benefits your life journey.

This workshop is aimed at providing you with insights and tools to be more in tune with your own ability to GLOW and GROW. Having an awareness that you are a powerful spirit that is meant to shine not only for yourself but also to serve others around you is a very important. Using your intuition to provide guidance and assistance is part of your natural makeup of “who you are”. You came to the earth plane to simply evolve. The more we grow, the more we glow in a positive way that contributes not only to a happier and healthier life for ourselves but also to those that surround us in our everyday lives.

This course will include the following content:

*Understanding life’s basic personal growth patterns and assessing where you are now?

*How to breakthrough old patterns and be open to continuous positive change

*Embracing progressive spiritual development in your life and moving past setbacks, fears, loss and grief

*Knowing when and how to let go of those you have outgrown in your life and doing it with compassion and understanding instead of hurt, rejection and resentment

*How to continue to glow and grow with happiness and not let others who may not feel the same way bring you down

*How do I serve others in a way where I won’t feel continually overwhelmed or tired?

*Using your intuition in your everyday life to further expand your ability to glow and grow

*How does the soul guide me on a different path of growth that best serves my own life’s journey?

Time:Arrive 9:45am for a 10am sharp start. The day will include morning tea and 

afternoon tea and will finish at 4pm.

Due to so many dietary restrictions and allergies, you will need to provide your OWN LUNCH. The day will only include morning and afternoon tea with Coffee, Tea (English Breakfast, Earl Gray, Peppermint and Green Tea), Milk (Soy, Lactose Free and Full Cream) and Biscuits (Arnott’s Assorted and Gluten Free).
